M.A.D - Muslims Against Drugs @ Living Islam Camp 2005
Once again Khaleel and the SkyBorn team were invited to deliver workshops to the enthusiastic scouts who attended the long-in-development M.A.D – Muslims Against Drugs – workshop.
Based upon The Adventures of Hakim:2 characters, the workshop made great use of challenging worksheets and audio statements by the characters outline their experience and views on the growing drug problems facing the youth today. Abdul Hakim, Abdullah, Shakira, Sharkey, Axel Blue and Buckmaster all detailed, in their own unique, (and sometimes funny) manner.

Living Islam Camp 2005
Living Islam has come and gone again! Held in the idyllic Lincolnshire country side Living Islam 2005 held over 4 days, hosted 4,000 attendees who
The event proved to be quite emotional for Khaleel who recalled that his first ever solo performance was at the last Living Islam 2003 just prior to the release of his first album Heaven. This time around Khaleel performed the track ‘Welcome to Madinah - Tala al Badr Alaina’ from Dhikr of Life.
In the Bazaar area Khaleel also debuted his new video ‘Follow Muhammad’, ‘Blessed Mustafa’, ‘Love Allah’ and Subhana’Allah from the new album (Click here to view these videos)
Nasheed night Finale
As tradition would have it all, the performing artists took to the stage to finish with the ever-popular Tala al Badr Alayna. Artists included: Native Deen, Dawud Wharnsby-Ali with the Fletcher Valve Drummers, Abid Beg, Preacher Moss and Khaleel.
